For any project we work on, we follow the process below:
- Analysis and Design: In this initial stage we research extensively and gather important data. This gives us the ability to outline the entire project. We create wireframes, design the system and mock-ups for UI elements. During this stage, we continuously communicate with our clients for their valuable feedback in order to meet their specific needs.
- Development: After the initial designs are approved, we move on the development stage where everything comes together. This stage takes up the longest time. Depending on the project we divide this stage into smaller phases and discuss the progress with our clients after each phase is complete. This gives us the opportunity to change things in a timely manner before the project is further along.
- Internal Testing: When the development stage is over, we intensively test the project with internal and external testers to make sure everything works flawlessly before releasing it.
- Deployment: When we are confident about the project, it’s time to publish it. This is more exciting and rewarding stage for everyone. We have several checklists before we release a project so during deployment everyone on the team is fully focused and ready to do their best to take care of problems before they even emerge.
- Training and Follow-up: We never release a project and walk away. We make sure our client can utilize all the technology we developed and grow their business. We offer training if needed. We do mandatory updates whenever needed. We offer yearly maintenance for a reasonable cost. We are always open to meet future requests and upgrades as the technology and our client’s needs change.
After the Project Completion
At Corepany, we strive for long-term commitments with our clients in order to meet their needs. After the successful launch of a project, we offer maintenance services that include:
- Bug fixes and minor improvements every month
- Server maintenance
- Website and mobile app upgrades and maintenance
- Troubleshooting and support in case of an emergency such as system failures or disasters.
